means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
1.5 "Subscription Agreement"
shall mean any agreement entered into between InvoTools and its Customer for subscription to its Services.

- Individual who subscribes to Services: We collect your contact information (name, email, phone number) and employment information (job title, department, seniority). Customers are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, or other obligations for transmission of Customer Data in the use of Services.
